There are three lawned areas, each at a different level, going away from the house and another two, smaller, lawns to the left of the house. To the right there is a further lawned area, with three small citrus trees, in front of the outbuilding which serves as a woodstore and golf swing practice bay.

The orchard beyond this lawn has several extremely productive apple, plum, almond and olive trees.
